4.Change, discontinuance or suspension of service

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you consent to the distribution of advertisements using the functions within the Service. In no event shall the Management be liable for any damage or loss incurred in the course of transactions between users and businesses linked to advertisements.
8.Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction
The Service and these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The court of jurisdiction shall be the Nagoya District Court.
